The Dragon Lords Community
Support for the game is community based.
- The Dragon Lords Discord server is the best place to connect with our community and developers. It has channels for reporting bugs, suggesting new ideas, asking for tips, game news and general chit-chat.
- The Dragon Lords Forever Facebook group is a good place to connect with old players and ask for tips about playing the game.
- The Dragon Lords Reborn subreddit has a fair amount of historical information about events since the rebirth of the game in 2020.
Problems with accounts and purchases
If you have problems with purchases or game accounts you can contact us by emailing support@dragonlordsmobile.com, and we will do our best to help you.
Account deletion
You can request the removal of your game account and all personal data relating to it from our systems by emailing support@dragonlordsmobile.com and asking that this is done. Please supply all realms and kingdom names accessed via the account.
All personal data identifying you will be completely removed within 30 days of receiving your request. This will include
- The email address and password used to log in to your account
- Any device identifiers associated with the account
- Any IP addresses associated with the account
- All direct messages sent from and received by the account
- Any messages posted from your account in world or alliance chat
